Our web-site is working now only as catalogue, but not as e-shop.

If you know what exactly you need, send us the list with item-codes, quantity of items you need and options you choose for each item. The easiest way is to add chosen products to basket, copy it and paste into the email.

We always answer for e-mails (from Monday to Friday), but sometimes it could take a few days. So, please forgive us and be patient if sometimes we cannot answer immediately.

Procedure of payment

As a rule, we accept 100% prepayment for an order and shipping price.

While ordering exclusive products, chain mail goods, multiple orders we offer step-by-step payment. Standard steps are following:
First step- 60% prepayment of the order price;
Second step- 40% +shipping price when the order is ready to dispatch.

Our guarantee:

While placing the order you should specify the most important moments for each item, because we offer fully handcrafted products and all of them are a bit different. Like an artist cannot repeat the picture for the second time, so the armorier cannot repeat the same piece of work again. If you can notice, our bascinets have different dome, there are no 2 similar ones.

Take measurements carefully and follow all our instructions, because in case the customer provides wrong measurements, we are not responsible for fitting the item.

We guarantee you complete satisfaction with all our high quality products. If you receive an item you did not order, if an item you ordered is received damaged or defective, if the item does not corresponds to provided measurements we will refund you the price you paid for it or replace it with identical one.

NO OTHER REASON FOR RETURNING EXCEPT THE ABOVE MENTIONED IS CONSIDERED!

You should send us detailed high quality photos of damaged items or photos, showing the problem. If you are right and the item is really damaged, you should send the item back to us.

The item should come to us within 30 days after you received it. After 30 days we will no longer be responsible and the item won't be taken back!

Item for returning must have the original tags and packing, otherwise it won't be accepted.

Shipping

Each product is carefully wrapped to avoid damaging.
Each package contains:
- instructions for use for the category of products you purchase
- the repair set for each product.

Steel-Mastery offers several methods of shipping packages. Everybody can choose the service according to his own financial possibilities.

1. National Post Service of Ukraine. Shipping with National Ukrainian Airmail Service usually takes 16-20 days. Shipping time is longer (about 3-4 weeks) to Italy, Spain, France and to Australia and New Zeland.

Shipping price depends on the weight of a product you order. Please, note, that there are limits of weight and volume of a package, so if your order is big or heavy, it will be sent in several packages.
Important: Shipping price includes cost of declaration, packaging and packing.
2. Courier services- Fedex, DHL, UPS.
The shipping price is higher. As an example. Shipping of 1 kilogram to USA costs 105$
Shipping time is 4-5 working days plus custom clearance (uncertain period, usually takes 3-4 days).

You can make the approximate calculation of shipping costs at our website. Just add the products to your basket, choose the country and you will see the approximate shipping price.

IMPORTANT NOTE! Shipping option of our webpage does not take into account the volume of the package and the weight of chosen options. Please, always check the shipping price with our sale's manager .

Website shows the shipping price for product in standard options and for middle size.

BONUS SYSTEM

Q. What is the bonus?
A. Bonus is the percent from the item price you purchase, which is put aside at your virtual bonus account at our shop.

Q. What is the difference between our bonus and usual discount?
A. Usual discount you can get at the same time you do your purchase. But when you do purchase at our shop, you get the bonus from the sum of purchase, not discount. This bonus you can use during your next purchases.

Q. Who can get the bonus?
A. Bonuses can get any buyers, clubs and groups, who fill in the special form.

Q. How can I use your my bonuses?
A. You have your own virtual bonus account at our shop, where the bonuses from each your purchase are accumulated. If you decide to spend all bonuses or any part of them you should say us the sum you wish to spend. This sum will be deducted from the sum of your purchase (but not from the shipping cost).

Q. If I get the bonus from the all sum of my purchase or only from the total item price, but without shipping cost?
A. You get bonus only from the item price. And you can deduct the bonus only from the item price. Shipping cost you should pay completely in any case.

Q. How can I know the total sum of my bonuses?
A. You can do request to our manager and hell send you all information about your purchases and bonuses.

The value of your bonus depends from the summary cost of all your purchases made since the moment of registration in our bonus system.

3% bonus - you get from the moment of registration until the summary cost of all your purchases equals 700$
5% bonus - you get after you totally made purchases to the sum of 700$ and until all your purchases run up to 2000$
7% bonus - you get after you totally made purchases at 2000$ and until the total sum run up to 5000$
10% bonus - you get after you totally made purchases at 5000$ and until the total sum run up to 15000$
15% bonus - you get after you totally made purchases at the sum over 15000$

How the bonus system works (Example):

1. John filled the special filling form and got 3% bonus.
2. John purchased the gambeson for 100$ in January 5. The shipping cost was 50$. Total sum for payment was 150$. John got 3$ at his bonus account (only from the cost of the gambeson).
3. Then John purchased the helmet for 750$ (without the shipping cost) in February 12. He got (750$ * 5%=37.5$) 37.5$ at his bonus account. Totally he had 40.5$ at his bonus account. Johns total sum of purchases is 750+100=850$. So, his bonus is 5% from now.
4. In March 22 John wished to purchase the shoes for (45$ without the shipping cost). He decided to spend all his bonuses 40.5$. So he paid for shoes only 4.5$. At the same time John got 5% bonus from 4.5$ (0.2$), which he could spend during his next purchases. Anyway the total summ of all purchases will be traced in order to inform John instantly as he outreaches the 2000$ total summ of purchase to assign him 7% bonus.
