German dress of XV-XVI centuries

This beautiful medieval dress was worn by young girls when they started to attend their first high society balls. It was reconstructed from the graphic sources - paintings of Lucas Cranach and Hans Holbein and  is based on the original patterns of these Renaissanse artists.  

This woman garb consist of 

chemise 

- top dress made of velvet and decorated with jacquard and trims

- headwear - snood with beret

- little bag

Sleeves and corset part have cotton lining.
